Why can't I see any rubrics under my Rubric List?
If you are unable to see any rubrics or receive the message No Rubrics Found on the Rubric List page, then there is a chance your Waypoint account is not properly set up. In order to see shared rubrics your account must have permission to view the destination folder(s). This issue was the result of a new feature that was launched on 7/8/11. When the feature was launched, all existing designers were granted access to all folders, however new users were not.
Resolution: As an admin, go to the Rubric List and select "Share" from the "Action" drop down menu next to a folder. This will launch a dialog that will allow you to grant access to the folder for any specified user(s). Once you have located your user(s), click on the arrow under the Select column to grant permission to that user. Click "Update Members" to close the dialog.
