John DiGennaro, from Baldwin-Wallace University, has noticed the following exceptions to the "Shared Folder" functionality:
- When you are within the "Shared Folder," there is no option to add sub-folders. This would be an excellent addition (with rubric folder structure in general). At the very least, the "New Folder" button, although inactive, should not appear.
- When you are within the "Shared Folder," you are able to click the "New Rubric" button to start the Rubric Wizard. However, with Step 1 of the Rubric Wizard active, you cannot select the "Shared Folder" under the Folder Location drop-down.
- When you are within a rubric folder (not the "Shared Folder") and click "Duplicate Rubric" under "Actions" to create a duplicate version of your rubric, you are able to select a Folder Location. However, the "Shared Folder" does not appear in this list.
If these areas are addressed, it will make improve functionality and usability around a great feature.
